For anything that does not fit elsewhere - questions about the product, enterprise inquiries, press, partnerships, or saying hi. If it is technical and you know what is wrong, "Bug report" gets faster help.
The more detail, the faster we fix it. If you include the site you were on, the exact hotword typed, and any browser console error, you save a back-and-forth.
For payment, refund, or subscription issues. Include the email on your Polar receipt if it differs from the one above - it helps locate your account fast.
Feature requests live on the public roadmap at feedback.makroexpander.com, where you can vote on existing ideas and see what is in flight. Posting there gets more eyeballs than emailing us. You will be redirected in a moment.

A few things we do not do
No phone support. No negotiated custom enterprise pricing below the lifetime plan. We cannot recover lost sync passphrases - that is the feature, not a bug (read why). Everything else, write and we will reply.
